Capabilities
Everything a product needs, made in one house.
Six disciplines, deliberately kept under one roof — because a product built whole has no joints to fail at. This is the machinery we point at our own ideas, never at client briefs.

The operations room — every system the house runs, measured live. Interface study from the house’s own tooling.
01
Product strategy
Deciding what deserves to exist.
Every product in the house starts as a written thesis: the problem it prices, the buyer it serves, the number it must earn to justify its own existence. The thesis is argued against our own money — which keeps it honest in a way no client pitch ever is. Most theses die in this room. That is the point.
Both partners write the thesis together — one holding the commercial argument, one holding the technical reality. A product only enters the build queue when the two halves survive each other.
The standard
- Argued in writing before a line of code
- Priced against our own capital, not a budget line
- Killed early and cheaply when the arithmetic fails
- One thesis at a time gets the house's full attention
In practice
- Product theses and build cases
- Market and pricing definition
- Kill/build decisions on evidence
- The roadmap the house actually follows

02
Software engineering
Built for a decade, because we keep it.
We engineer our products knowing we will be the ones running them at 3am. That single fact does more for quality than any methodology: boring, proven foundations; ambition spent where users feel it; everything instrumented, documented and reversible. Nothing is built to survive a handover, because there is no handover.
Small senior builds in short, visible cycles — working software every week, on real infrastructure, from the first sprint. Every release is observable and can be rolled back in seconds.
The standard
- Reversible releases — every one, no exceptions
- Instrumented from the first deploy
- Boring foundations, ambitious surfaces
- No dependency that has not earned its keep
In practice
- Production platforms and APIs
- Generation and processing pipelines
- Internal tooling and operations consoles
- Infrastructure that runs unattended

03
Commerce & monetisation
Products that earn, from day one.
A product without a working commercial engine is a hobby. Every product in the house ships with its monetisation built in — pricing, checkout, subscriptions, billing edge-cases and the analytics that connect spend to revenue. The company holds dedicated commercial and e-commerce licences: we build to trade, legally and literally.
Commerce is engineered as a measured system: every step from first visit to renewal is instrumented, and pricing is a hypothesis we test — not a number we hope about.
The standard
- Monetisation ships with v1, not after it
- Pricing tested against behaviour, not opinion
- Every dirham of revenue traceable to its source
- Churn and renewal watched as closely as signups
In practice
- Subscription and billing infrastructure
- Checkout and payment systems
- Pricing and packaging experiments
- Revenue analytics and unit economics

04
AI & intelligent systems
Intelligence with a measured job.
Our products put machine intelligence to work where it has a measurable job: generation pipelines, quality control, decision support, operations that would otherwise need headcount. No model ships without its evaluation harness — what it may decide alone, what it hands to a person, and how its accuracy is tracked in production.
OBJEKT is the standing proof: an AI creative house whose entire value is generation quality, held to an editorial standard by evaluation, curation and taste — not by hope.
The standard
- Every model output measurable against a standard
- Human judgement engineered in, not bolted on
- Evaluation harnesses before launch, always
- Cost per output known to the fils
In practice
- Generation pipelines and creative systems
- Evaluation and quality-control harnesses
- Decision-support and review tooling
- Applied-AI operations at product scale

05
Data & measurement
One truth per product, read daily.
Each product in the house runs against a single measured picture: acquisition, activation, revenue, cost, quality — one surface, one definition per number, read by both partners daily. Decisions about pricing, features and marketing spend are made against that picture or not at all.
We build the pipeline before we trust the number: defined once, computed in one place, checked automatically, fresh on a schedule everyone knows. A dashboard nobody reads gets deleted.
The standard
- One definition per metric, owned and versioned
- Freshness and reconciliation checked automatically
- The same number for every reader
- Instrumentation shipped with the feature, not after
In practice
- Product analytics and instrumentation
- Warehouses and pipelines
- The one-page truth per product
- Unit-economics and cohort measurement

06
Brand & growth
Identity and demand, engineered in-house.
Our products carry their own brands — named, designed and voiced inside the house with the same precision as the software. Growth is treated as infrastructure: sites that convert, funnels that report, content that compounds. Nothing is lost between a brand decision and its engineering, because the same people make both.
Positioning is written before pixels; measurement is built before spend. A brand here is a versioned system — type, palette, voice, motion — maintained like code.
The standard
- Positioning in writing before design begins
- Brand systems versioned like software
- No spend without attribution built first
- Taste is a requirement, not a garnish
In practice
- Product brands and identity systems
- High-performance marketing surfaces
- Growth and conversion infrastructure
- Attribution and campaign measurement

How a product happens
From thesis to sold or scaled.
The house runs a strict pipeline: few products, full attention, a written standard at every gate. A product advances when it meets the standard — and earns its future at the end.
01
Thesis
Weeks, not months · most die here
A written argument that a product deserves to exist: the problem it prices, the buyer it serves, the number it must earn. It is argued against the house's own capital, so optimism is expensive. Only a thesis both partners would fund advances to the build queue.
- A build case in writing
- Market, pricing and cost definition
- An honest kill decision when warranted
02
Build & launch
One product in focus · shipped when ready
The house builds the product whole — software, brand, monetisation, instrumentation — with both partners inside the work. It launches when it meets the written standard: observable, recoverable, measured, priced. Never because a date arrived.
- The product, live and earning
- Its brand and commercial engine
- Its one-page measured truth
03
Operate, then grow or sell
Run daily · reviewed quarterly
We operate what we ship — the same hands, the same standard — and read its numbers daily. Quarterly, each product faces the doctrine: compound it into something durable, or sell it to an owner who will run it well. Shelfware is not an outcome we permit.
- Operation by the people who built it
- Deliberate growth, or a clean sale
- A portfolio that stays small on purpose
